Refund policy

- If you are not satisfied with our products for whatever reason please contact us

- Phone number is required, Missing or inaccurate receiver telephone number could cause the return of the package or the abandon. We cannot refund abandoned orders.
- Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to arrange a return/exchange.
- Returns/exchanges are accepted for unused products returned in their original packaging.
- A $10 restocking fee may applies per returned/exchanged item.
- Please note that shipping costs are not reimbursed.
- You are responsible to track your order in the 5 days after we have notified your tracking number.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
- Unclaimed packages will be considered as abandoned.
- Please think carefully before you purchase as we are not a mass producer but a small collective workshop.
